These suppositions were bolstered by Sibley’s decision to walk through the long set of screenshots that MediaSentry grabbed from Thomas-Rasset’s computer that night in February 2005. It contained more than 1700 songs but a good number of these were heavy metal and industrial tracks that Thomas-Rasset said she hates. Sibley also pointed out that many of the songs in that KaZaA share directory were songs that Thomas had on CD. But Thomas only ripped her music to the computer in WMA format and these were all in MP3. Her computer had a password-protected guest account that both Justin and the kids could access however and she knows that the kids used Yahoo Launchcast to play music. Launchcast rips by default into MP3 not WMA.

band’s earlier stuff were a bit disappointed. With songs like “No God” and “Death Worship” its sure to be an uplifting album- NT!. The band soldiers on without former guitarist Kris Norris but critics are already calling it the band’s “finest hour” (no pun on words intended).

Then I keep adding to the songs. If all mine were played my cremation would be so long some folk might not survive the ceremony. ne death per funeral is quite enough I reckon. No choice my music selection has been left unfinished as it probably will be on the day I die. But other arrangements I can make or thought I could. Like the preacher – as in none. A humanist burial is for me with no talk of anyone else’s God.
