The hefty stick swinger is the only member of Aptos death metal set Regurgitated Terror practicing tonight but with grand plans for world metal domination he knows there?ll be plenty of solo sessions to come. ?This whole scene is wild? he says. ?You can focus really well. But you can also take a break and walk around and hang out with the bands. It?s actually kind of inspiring.

The band’s most recent album is 2006’s “Sacrament”; its latest DVD release is 2008’s “Walk With Me in Hell. No doubt a gig with Metallica will help Lamb of God sell some CDs and expand the fan base but the band’s also played zzfest and toured with the likes of Slayer and Anthrax.
